Frequently Asked Questions

We offer tiered subscription pricing (where the ping costs go down as you move up in subscription). As well as pay as you go plans. Pay as you go plans are useful if you simply want to test our platform before committing to the subscription model, where you will get less expensive per ping pricing.

As a new sign up, with no subscription, you are at $.05 per ping. So, if you select FTC Complaint Check and YouMailSpam Check for example, that would be $.10 x each number checked. The ping pricing is based on the services selected. Apart from Device Spam Checker, where we charge per Carrier checked. We currently have 4 carriers and host a plethora of actual devices (both Android and iPhones) in a data center. You will be charged for 4 pings if Device Spam Check is selected, as there are 4 different carriers we check.

Your Plan Balance displays your current available balance at your selected Plan pricing. So, if you are on the Platinum Plan as seen below, your plan balance is loaded with $8,000 more once your monthly subscription is renewed and your price per ping would be at $.008 per ping.

If you go over your allocated 1M pings in each month and still have more usage, you will need to use the Manual Add Funds option which will add to your Reserve Balance. The price per ping in your Reserve Balance would be $.01 per ping.

Yes, we absolutely do. This is the ONLY true way to see if a carrier is flagging the incoming call as a spam risk. We place actual calls from our dialers to these live, physical devices that are hosted in our data center. We return the actual screenshot of the iPhone or Android device back to the UI (or posted back if using our API) once a Spam Check job has run.

You will receive an email summary once your Phone group job is done running. Once you receive this, you can go back into the UI and view the results of the job.

You can simply click the PLUS sign or the Phone number, it will open a new popup window displaying the screenshots and their results by carrier and device.

Yes, this is one of the best features of Call Confident. We understand that carriers and spam blocking apps have various algorithms in flagging phone numbers as spam. We have found they will mark as spam for a few days and then release the spam demarcation in the future. This is why it is important to schedule your phone numbers to be checked periodically to understand when they are marked as spam and more importantly, when they are released from spam demarcation.

You can view the Job Run history drop down list as well as see our ‘Newly Spam Flagged’ versus Previous Spam Flagged’ counts. Making it easy for you to understand what carriers and spam blocking apps are doing with your phone numbers.

By subscribing to a monthly subscription plan, you will get our API enabled. This is a good option for those that want to integrate with any current systems they have or want to white label our solutions and simply do not plan to use our UI.

We offer all our spam checks with our current API endpoints. This includes Device Spam Checker. For more information on our API, please click here.

When your API is enabled, you will see a new menu item on the left-hand side called API Requests. You can go to this page and view any of your API requests and the results.
